Unable to play on my primary account due to "problems with internet" but can on secondary account

Greetings, I always played on my account and it worked perfectly, until they added the addons to the market and I bought some. When I made the purchase, approximately a week later the game would not let me enter already created worlds, new worlds, enter realms or enter servers. In all cases it told me that I had a connection problem even though I could see my market character and see the Marketplace itself. For a long time I was in contact with support looking for a solution, which does not work. So I decide to try using another external account. When I did, i can in solo worlds and in realms and servers. I consider that the problem is with Minecraft because on both Windows and mobile it won't let me play on my main account. I also tried other Wi-Fi networks other than the one in my house and even asked friends to try it without success. I would like to find a solution or have them transfer not the account, but the content purchased in it, since I have approximately 150 dollars invested that I have not been able to use without having to pay a realm to be able to play from my secondary account.
