MC Championship event cover does not appear in inventory

I did all the possible challenges of the MC Championship event, I only got 3 emotes, 1 emote still needs to arrive and the event cover, I waited a day and nothing so far, I did all the challenges yesterday and the emote and cover arrived but they didn't arrive, When it came for me to get the cover I didn't press redeem
