Disney Worlds Of Adventure never downloads

In the marketplace: "Disney Worlds of Adventure"

I already played it before but I'm hoping to redownload it cause I never finished it.

It's already paid for but when I try to download it, it says my console doesn't have enough storage. However, I've checked and checked rechecked. Deleted valuable worlds and packs. I have more than enough storage to hold it. It just refuses to download.

It's been like this for months now.
