I can't play with my friends on the Disney server.

My friend purchased the Disney server, but I can't join it. An error like the one in the image appears, preventing me from downloading the resource pack. It stops midway, or it displays a message saying the server sent a broken packet. I can usually play multiplayer games, so I don't think it's a network issue. I've tried various troubleshooting methods, but I can only play multiplayer on the Disney server.
