Can't earn achievements + no cape

I can't earn achievements in Minecraft bedrock even on realm and I don't even use cheats

it was very weird I stuck on just getting every wool colors I beamed up a beacon defeat wither do over over kill wax on wax off unlock an ominous vault deafest and start a raid and tame 20 cat but I didn't get the achievement. And also I wear a cape but it doesn't show up I just unlock the mcc cape pls fix this bug
