I did not get my Minecraft championship cape

I have been to the MCC event and had done every challenge and mysterious cave puzzles and when I have completed it all which took me days of work it said I had claimed my MCC cape and crown I have proof that I do not have it for some reason because when I took a look at the character creator dressing room on the capes section I did not see my well earned MCC cape which had made me cry because the MCC challenge list said I had it 100% done
