MCC Cape not showng after supposed unlock

The MCC Island Cape after it said I unlocked it, is not showing in the Character Creator. I unlocked all the puzzles and quests, as shown below. I see plenty of other people with capes though.

Edit: I forgot to add that I unlocked the rest of the character creator items, just not the cape.
