My founder's cape is gone after reinstalling windows and the game

Recently I formatted my computer and re-installed Windows 10 Pro. So I re-installed minecraft bedrock edition and when i went to equip my skin and cape. I found that i did not have the founder''s cape which i used to have!! I double checked I'm using the same account and everything. I don't know how to re-create this error specifically but the first time i installed the game (before formatting my laptop) I downloaded the game from the Microsoft store. And today i installed bedrock edition through the official minecraft launcher. Thankfully i at least still have my pan cake cape. I'm scared i might lose it too suddenly.
