Skins do not work integrated

The skins in Pocket with Windows Edition work incorrectly. For example, when I set my skin in Windows, it does not load in Pocket. When I open the slot where I set the skin, the skin in Windows becomes the default.
If skins are not loaded in either Pocket or Windows edition, then all my skins become default skins.
Also, I get an error when I try to claim a free item on the character creation page.
