Shulkers/chests must finish animation before opening a new one

When opening a shulker or a chest and quickly exiting and opening a different container block, you are unable to open it until the first containers closing animation has completed.

Affects single player and realms.

This delay should not exist.

In video I right click multiple times before I can open new container.
