Not able to get achivement in Minecraft 1.21.2

After upgrading my Minecraft to 1.21.2.02 achievement stop working and I am not able to get achivement btw never been in to creative in my world tried in many accounts. Pls help

I have tried restarted my phone multiple times and delete minecraft multiple times still I am not able to get achievement even in the latest version of Minecraft even made a new microsoft account

complain in Minecraft help center  6 time they tolde that it is a bug and I have also complained to microsoft but the is no response from mineraft help center and from microsoft

I want a responsible person reply to this bug or error and watch the full video
