Cant click or shift click with my mouse

Hello,

Im playing minecraft on my pc and i play bedrock because i have a realm with friends. recently i started to have a problem where i cant click or shift click on any items with my mouse, the only way it works is by pressing enter on my keyboard. Its really annoying and i couldn't find a solution to this problem. Is there anyone here who knows how i can fix this?
