GUI Scale Modifier: -3 resets

If you increase the GUI size to -3 and then restart the game, the GUI size is reset to -2, while the size slider still displays the number -3. You need to set the size to -2 and then back to -3 for the -3 size to be applied again.
I experienced this bug on the Windows 10 Edition. I also encountered the bug on the PS5 in the PS4 version of Minecraft, and on the PS5 in the PS5 Edition preview.
