Bug D-0010

I've been getting a bug that's been around for the last 2 weeks... I can't connect to the game and can't go online then my market place and skins can't work properly. Especially when I opened the market place it said "D-0010" and I didn't understand it When I researched about this bug, I didn't find a solution,, please help me
