Cannot select "Create Character" button when attempting to create a skin

There is a problem in nintendo swich when I select the type of the skin cannot select i move and return back

EXPECTATION:
Should be able to move to select what type of skin i want use a custom skin or using a pre made skin

Steps for reproduce:

1) Open minecraft bedrock edition

2) Open the skin page and make a new select for a type of skin and is impossible to select.
