sometimes gold ingots suddenly vanish

so many times when i enter the nether portal with gold ingots in my inventory they get vanish from my inventory once i enter the nether and if i went back to the overworld i won't be able to find it too so what?... herobrine typed /clear (my gamertag) gold ingots while loading? 🤣🤣
