Custom "Persona" skins don't work ("4d skins")

When successfully following the steps to importing your own model skins it doesn't appear right. The models are messed up as shown in the image. This might be a personal error but I have seen other reports labeled as fixed yet this doesn't appear correct. This may be on my part, but it would be disappointing if they removed this unique feature.
