Lag when breaking and placing blocks and opening chests/furnaces/crafting table as well as the inventory

Block lag when attempting to break (breaking animation not shown when breaking blocks) and place blocks. Chests and other containers/interactable items also take ages to open. Opening the inventory is also laggy/delayed. Blocks also sometimes reappear even when mined due to the block lag.
