Skin with invisible interior

When a skin is created where the inside is visible, that part becomes invisible. This only happens with the first layer, which makes skins other than the default ones unusable. ( This happens with skins created outside the marketplace, that is, using something external. I used as an example a skin that I created in an application and exported to Minecraft in the traditional way. )
