Servers tab unusual icons

When on the Servers tab and clicking just to the left of the scroll bar icons have apeared like a wooden sword, iron chestplate, a 2d version of the mc education edition robot, and random white and pink pixels. Its not game breaking  or anything I just assuming its not ment to be a feature.
