Main menu buttons don’t let me click on them

My Minecraft loads in fine but when it gets to the main menu it just doesn’t let me click on anything the cursor moved but when I try click on something it makes the click noise then just doesn’t load it just stays on the menu, I used to have this issue but when I restarted the game it would work and now it doesn’t, my controller, Xbox and other games work perfectly fine however it’s just the game that’s not working
