Regular Oak Slabs can be broken with a Pickaxe

Regular Oak Slabs can be broken faster with a pickaxe. This affects both those crafted in survival, and found in the creative inventory (even non-petrified).

 

Expected Behavior: Oak Slabs, like all other wooden Slabs, should only be broken faster by an axe.
