My achievement [passing the time] lost its progress,and never increase the progress again

I have done all possible helpful actions, including adjusting the network, reinstalling the latest version of the game and logging in, etc.

 But the progress bar for my achievement [passing the time] is still missing, and there has been no change after one day. 

This achievement requires 100 days of gameplay, but its progress cannot even be counted from scratch.

This issue only appeared after the problem report I submitted [Re: 6656051] was resolved. Thank you for helping me retrieve the [pets pack] I purchased in the market. After that, I encountered the problem of lost achievement. I have tried any possible methods, but in vain. it may be due to some abnormality in my account data on Microsoft servers
