Observers do not recognize interaction with a notepad.

If an observer is pointed at a note block and a player interacts with this note block, the observer does not recognize this! Therefore, it does not emit a redstone signal! (Java and Badrock alignment)(This bug occurs in all Minecraft Bedrock versions.)
