Can't change skin

I'm using Xperia 10 Ⅲ Android 13. When I import a skin, it is not a Minecraft skin. message appears and I can't use skins (I also turned off the setting to only use trusted skins with 64x64 pngs). Also, this problem seems to have been going on since around March 2023.
