Minecraft will endlessly try to log into Microsoft account

Recently my Nintendo switch tries to log into my Microsoft account, but it never logs in successfully.  I cannot play on my realm and this keeps happening.  If I can’t access it please allow for downloading the realm to the switch so I can play without realms.
