Spectator mode stuck on

ive been playing on a realm with my friends for weeks, today i logged in and while playing the game crashed. i booted it back up and now im in spectator mode. we have had cheats off the whole time while playing on the realm. not sure how to fix this or if there even is a fix. but please help me

 

 

Expected Results:
my character should go back to normal. i should be able to continue playing the game
