Cannot sign into PS5 Beta

Every time I try to click the sign in button for PlayStation network it loads then the button pops back up. But I also have another issue with authorization apps. Meaning there is authorization to go through which the authorization is called LJ2099 and when I click the privacy policy for i, it takes me to the minecraft home page.
