The joystick is not disabled when hidden using /hud

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enable "Joystick & tap to interact" or "Joystick & aim crosshair" in Settings -> Touch
2. Run /hud @s hide all

Observed result:
The joystick still functions and the player can move around.

Expected result:
The joystick does not function.
