Kindle Fire devices run worse than an equivalent Android tablet running minecraft PE

Minecraft acts strange on Kindle Fire there is long lag spikes than on an equivalent hardware Android tablet. it seems like there might be optimization bug on Kindle Fire devices. that is on the new Fire Max 11 Tablet
