I Can't Craft Torch on Survival Mode

Hi, I've had problems using it since the version 1.20 update. even when in the realm or server. while playing survival mode, I can't make torches.

Because the recipe doesn't appear in the crafting table (fortunately this doesn't happen in creative mode). However, this causes me not to be able to play well.
