MCPE-111640 not resolved. Loading bars when opening chests, etc. persist

Bug MCPE-111640 was marked as resolved, but it is not. Whenever I open a chest/furnace or anything with an inventory, there is about a 10% chance that I get a loading bar for several seconds, and a 5% chance that I get it for several minutes. I am running vanilla Bedrock 1.21.2 on the Nintendo Switch. This happens even though the world is not connected to the internet and there is only 1 player.
