Unminimizing the game causes the Ore UI screens to get refreshed

When you minimize and then unminimize the game, it causes any Ore UI screens to get refreshed, even though you already loaded that screen before you minimized the game, this is not the case on Json UI/Old UI.

Step to Reproduce:

1. Open any Ore UI screen (Create World Screen, for example)
2. Minimize your game, then unminimize it

Expected Result:
The screen doesn't get refreshed, as you already loaded that screen

Observed Result:
The screen gets refreshed every time you unminimize the game
