Summary:
Mace smash attacks incorrectly deal damage with high levels of weakness.
From levels 127 to 255 a smash attack from 2 blocks deals 12 points of damage.
From levels 4 to 126 a smash attack from 2 blocks deals 9 points of damage.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Apply weakness 255
2. Pill up 4 blocks
3. Summon a mob under
4. Jump off the blocks and attack the mob

Expected Results:
The mob doesn't get hurt

Observed Results:
The mob gets hurt
