Diamond to iron ratio to high

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a new world and hope the random seed starts you next to a big cave.
2. Put difficulty down to peacful because you lack the armor and weapons to fight all the mobs in the cave.
3. Explore said cave.
4. Don‘t dig at all because this gives you no resources at all.

Observed Results:
I‘ve found one diamond for every two iron.

Expected Results:
Iron shouldn‘t be half as rare as diamond.
