Villagers on bedrock Realm will neither breed nor harvest crops post 1.21

I play on a Bedrock Realm and am currently the only person with villagers. While the owners were working with command all mobs were killed. Afterwards I was given spawn eggs to replace my villagers. Neither the villagers that I spawned nor cured zombie villagers will breed or harvest crops. I don't know if this is relevant but they are Jungle Villagers.
