Won't let me click the link to the Realms Stories website

Because I have a junior account, it wouldn't allow me to access Realms Stories. When I asked my Dad to help me, he showed me that all the things I needed to access Realms Stories was already allowed. But when I logged back into Minecraft, It still said that I needed to fill in those boxes still. And when I clicked either link to enter the realms stories website, nothing happened.
