Attempting to edit a world with the new Edit World screen enabled and Screen Animations disabled leads you to an empty void

When the Screen Animations option is off, after pressing the edit button of the world, the game will not open the world settings menu.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to settings and make sure you turn off the Screen Animations option
2. Go to Play Preview -> Worlds/All worlds
3. Press the pencil icon/Edit button next to/below a world

Observed result:
You are led to an empty void.

Expected result:
You are led to the Edit World screen.
