Bad Omen screen effect doesn't show after drinking an Ominous Bottle

When drinking an Ominous Bottle, it should show the screen effect that happens when you use a Totem of Undying, but with the Bad Omen effect icon. Instead, it just creates the noise.

The Bad Omen icon appears over the screen after drinking an Ominous Bottle.
