Export and Import button in Structure Block Menu are missing

The Export and Import button in Structure Block Menu are missing
ive re install it recently, but it still doesnt have both of the button, i want to use this block to copy the structure i have made while offline to my minecraft server
please tell me if any of you know how to fix this
