Notification border overlaps text

I got a notification on the screen when I entered the Marketplace, and when hovering over the text, then scrolling down, the border overlaps the text (picture included below)

Observed Result:

The border overlaps the text

Expected Result:

The notification border should grow to fit the text, not stay the same size and overlap the text
