the console does not want to connect to the Microsoft account

When i scan the qr code for the login from the nintendo switch, after i have completed the login on the phone, gives me login with success (always on the phone). But on the switch the account isn't linked, giving me the login button, even if i did the login correctly. Then on mobile, i can link the account without problems...what can i do? Tried multiple logins, but nothing...😰
