Category tabs are missing when switching from Classic to Pocket UI with recipe book closed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Switch to Classic UI if you don't have it enabled
2. Close the recipe book
3. Switch to Pocket UI and open your inventory

Observed result:
Only the Search tab is available, all other category tabs have disappeared.

Expected result:
All other category tabs are available.
