Piglins do not perform the victory dance after successful hunting

Piglins after killing and collecting the loot from hoglins in the nether do not perform the Victory dance 

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Spawn in piglins and hoglins (piglins higher in population)
2.  Wait for a pgilin to initiate a hunt (do this more than or 10 times) 
3. Piglins hunt and kill the hoglin

Expectation: Piglins have a 10% chance to do the victory dance after killing hoglin 

Observation: Piglins do not perform the dance
