Death-Crash Bug

My Minecraft Pocket Edition has a rather annoying Bug, when I kill a hostile mob so much of Nether when the normal world it Crashes. The message "Minecraft stopped" does not come out of the game and returns to the Start screen of the Device.

And my device i can play games ih high grapphics... And my device awails rolled minecraft no crashs... Please solve this bug... :7
