The Bug:

It is possible to create a glitched water block with 4 pistons and a fence/wall block. That glitched water can be passed through and behaves like water, but it cannot flow

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Build this structure. Cobblestone will be found under all the pistons and obsidian in this build. At the center of the build is a source water block:
2. Activate the button.

Expected Results:

Either the water is deleted, or waterlogged properly.

Observed Result:

A glitched water block is created.
