Achievement Locked Items not working

Whenever I unlock an Achievement, such as Sneak 100, some of those achievements have free marketplace cosmetics that you receive when obtaining them. In my case, I have the achievement Sneak 100 but I can not claim the emote Sneaking that I should have.

Here is a screenshot showing I have the achievement yet I do not have access to the Emote.

I want to know if this is an on-going bug and a way to fix it if I am able to. Thank you for your time
