New Worlds being replaced by older Worlds

Whenever I uninstall and reinstall the Minecraft: Bedrock application, the game file for my Minecraft worlds would be replaced by two old worlds which I had deleted. I have tried clearing my storage for the game and unistalling and reinstalling just for the two worlds to reapear again. I have went into the internal Storage and deleted the worlds manually and did the same thing but they reapear again. I have already lost a 3 month old world please help.
