Paid for the monthly realm but doeas not let me acces to my realm world or remove worlds or replace them

when i try to put my world in realm it does not let me activate it for realm and when i try to activate my old worlds it doeas not let me do that either and doeas not let me replace or reset worlds when i try to

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open realm
2. press activate world
3.  

Observed Results:
When i try to activate worlds it gets stuck in a loading screen then after some long time it says failled, and with the world i want to play in doeas not give me an option to activate for realm just the edit button

i want to play my world
