Game won’t open due to packs not being updated.

When I open Minecraft and choose my world/realm Chesterton, a window pops up saying that certain packs cannot be updated. When I hit close, the main screen appears.

I an unable to download a photo. The exact wording is….There was a problem loading pack Cartoon Texture pack, Festive Mash-up, City Texture Pack.
